Emman Nimedez or Emman also known as Emmanuel Luis Nimedez, was a Filipino director, actor, YouTuber, and filmmaker notorious for his short flicks, covers and most importantly parody vids. He was also seen in the videotape Luv U with actors Jairus Aquino and Michelle.
Emman’s Pinoy hipsterism hop song‘Teka Lang’is the most streamed song on Spotify in the Philippines. Spotify launched 2020 Wrapped with new features including quizzes, colophons, and stories.
According to Spotify’s Wrapped 2020, Eman was also named the fifth most- streamed Pinoy hipsterism hop artist. Matthaios was first followed by Skusta Clee,ALLMOS$ T, and FlowG.
The song‘Teka Lang’ didn’t only peak the order under Hipsterism Hop, but it was most streamed in the locals too by coming on the fourth number.
Magnus Haven’s “ Imahe” outgunned the order, followed by “ Make it with you” and “ Pagtingin” by Ben & Ben. In fact, he took home the honor of being the country’s most- streamed artist of the time.
On the other hand, The band’s reader “ Limbasawa” was the third most- streamed reader in the Philippines.
Still, at the age of 21, he was diagnosed with acute myeloid Leukemia. After 3 days of battling with this critical condition, Eman lost his life due to leukemia on August 16, 2020. He was recognized by Raiza Contawi in the Philippine member of Youtube FanFest, 2020.
“ Uuwian” was the last lyric videotape produced by him. He gained fame in the time 2017 for his parody of Korean dramatizations.
